Application Process

Apply through [HRMS / email] at least [X] days in advance for planned leave; inform your manager by [10:00 AM] on the day for sick leave. Leave without prior approval or beyond entitlement is treated as loss of pay.

General Rules

Leave cannot be clubbed with [..], sandwiched holidays are counted as per [policy], and the leave year runs from [Jan–Dec / Apr–Mar]. Statutory leave overrides company policy where more beneficial to the employee.

Align entitlements with the applicable State Shops & Establishments Act and the Factories Act; publish the holiday calendar separately each year.
