We reserve the right to decline any engagement where we suspect involvement in illegal activity.
5. Conflict of Interest
We proactively identify and disclose potential conflicts of interest. If a conflict arises that cannot be managed through appropriate safeguards, we will decline or withdraw from the engagement with appropriate notice and assist in transition to another service provider.
6. Quality Assurance
Every filing and deliverable undergoes a review process before submission. We maintain internal checklists, compliance trackers, and a dedicated practice management system (app.taxclue.net) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of all services.
7. Complaint Handling
Complaints can be lodged at info@taxclue.in. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 15 working days. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to senior management. Details of our Grievance Officer are available on our Privacy Policy page.
