Anti-Bribery and Ethics

TaxClue Consultech Private Limited maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption, and unethical conduct of any nature. This commitment extends to all employees, directors, associates, contractors, and professional partners.

  • No employee or associate shall offer, give, solicit, or accept any bribe, kickback, facilitation payment, or improper inducement — whether in cash, kind, or any other form.
  • All dealings with government authorities, regulators, and public officials are conducted through official, transparent, and documented channels.
  • We comply with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended) and all applicable anti-bribery regulations.
  • Any employee found in violation of this policy faces immediate disciplinary action, including termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.
  • Clients are encouraged to report any suspected unethical behaviour by TaxClue personnel to info@taxclue.in.
Section 06

AML Compliance

In furtherance of our obligations under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA), TaxClue:

  • Conducts appropriate client identity verification (KYC) before commencing services.
  • Reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the engagement is linked to money laundering, terrorist financing, or proceeds of crime.
  • Reports suspicious transactions to the Financial Intelligence Unit – India (FIU-IND) as required by law.
  • Maintains records of client identity and transactions for the period prescribed under PMLA and applicable rules.
Section 07

Grievance Redressal

TaxClue has established a structured grievance redressal mechanism to ensure fair and prompt resolution of client concerns:

  • Level 1 — Service Manager: Contact your assigned service manager directly (by phone, email, or WhatsApp). Most issues are resolved at this level within 3 business days.
  • Level 2 — Escalation to Management: If unresolved, escalate by emailing info@taxclue.in with subject "Grievance — [Your Reference]". A senior manager will review and respond within 7 business days.
  • Level 3 — Grievance Officer: If still unresolved, the matter is referred to our designated Grievance Officer (Mr. Deepak Gaur, Director). The Grievance Officer shall provide a final resolution within 15 business days.
  • Level 4 — External Resolution: If the Client remains dissatisfied, the dispute shall be referred to mediation/arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution clause in our Terms and Conditions.

All grievances are tracked internally with reference numbers and resolution timelines.
