Legal Notice

This Communication Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", "You") and TaxClue Consultech Private Limited (CIN: U74999HR2021PTC095657), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered at the Registrar of Companies, Delhi ("TaxClue", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing www.taxclue.in or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Communication Policy. Last updated: March 2026.

1. Communication Channels

TaxClue Consultech Private Limited communicates with clients and prospects through the following authorised channels:

  • Primary Phone: +91 98914 64610 (voice calls during business hours).
  • WhatsApp: +91 98914 64610 (document sharing, quick queries, status updates).
  • Email: info@taxclue.in (general queries); service-specific email addresses as communicated during engagement.
  • Website Forms: Lead capture forms, contact forms, and callback request forms on www.taxclue.in.
  • Client Portal: Secure online portal for document upload, service tracking, and communication history.
  • Video Conferencing: Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams — for consultations and document walkthroughs.

Caution: TaxClue will never request passwords, OTPs, banking PINs, or payment details through WhatsApp, SMS, or unsolicited phone calls. If you receive such a request claiming to be from TaxClue, please report it immediately to info@taxclue.in.

2. Service Communications (Transactional)

During an active service engagement, you will receive the following communications which are essential for service delivery and cannot be opted out of:

  • Service confirmation and engagement details.
  • Document requirements and submission reminders.
  • Filing status updates and government authority correspondence.
  • Compliance deadline alerts and due date reminders.
  • Invoices, payment receipts, and payment reminders.
  • Government portal notifications and certificate/registration deliveries.
  • Service completion confirmation.

These communications are sent pursuant to the contractual relationship between you and TaxClue and are exempt from consent requirements under Section 7(b) of the DPDP Act, 2023.

3. Marketing and Promotional Communications

With your consent, we may send:

  • Newsletters containing tax updates, compliance alerts, and regulatory changes.
  • New service announcements and feature launches.
  • Special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
  • Industry insights, articles, guides, and educational content.
  • Event invitations (webinars, workshops, client meets).

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by: (a) clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; (b) replying "STOP" to WhatsApp promotional messages; (c) emailing info@taxclue.in with subject "Unsubscribe"; or (d) contacting us by phone. Opt-out requests will be processed within 48 hours. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional/service communications.

4. Response Time Commitments

TaxClue endeavours to respond within the following timelines during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST):

  • Lead form / callback requests: Within 30 minutes.
  • Email queries: Within 4 business hours.
  • WhatsApp messages: Within 2 business hours.
  • Service-related queries (existing clients): Same business day.
  • Urgent matters (government notices, approaching deadlines): Priority response within 1 hour.

Response times may vary on Sundays, gazetted public holidays, and during peak compliance seasons (March, September, November). For truly urgent matters outside business hours, please call +91 98914 64610 and leave a voicemail or WhatsApp message marked "URGENT".

These response times are best-effort commitments and do not create a legally binding service-level agreement (SLA).

5. Recording and Monitoring

Phone calls and video conferences with TaxClue may be recorded for the purposes of quality assurance, training, compliance, and record-keeping. You will be notified at the beginning of the call/meeting that recording is in progress. By continuing the conversation after such notification, you consent to the recording. Recordings are stored securely with access restricted to authorised personnel and are retained for a period of 3 years or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer.

6. Consent and Legal Basis

By voluntarily providing your contact details on our website, calling our business number, messaging on WhatsApp, or engaging our services, you consent to receive communications from TaxClue relevant to your enquiry and our services, in accordance with Section 6 of the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TRAI).

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of communications sent prior to withdrawal, nor shall it affect transactional communications required for active service delivery.

7. Anti-Spam Commitment

TaxClue is committed to responsible communication practices. We do not engage in unsolicited bulk messaging, purchase third-party contact databases, or send communications to individuals who have not interacted with us or expressly consented. We comply with TRAI regulations and industry best practices for commercial communications.
