How to use: Assign a unique Vendor ID and validate GSTIN and PAN before the first payment. Record the Udyam number for MSME vendors — Section 43B(h) requires payment within 45 days (or the agreed period, capped at 45) to claim the expense. Verify bank account and IFSC via a penny-drop, and set TDS applicability based on the vendor’s nature of supply.
