Compliance note: Statutory registers must be maintained at the registered office and kept open for inspection as prescribed. Any register may be kept at another place in India where more than one-tenth of members reside, if approved by a special resolution and after filing Form MGT-14 with the ROC. Registers must be preserved permanently or for the period prescribed under the rules.
