I/We have conducted the Secretarial Audit of the compliance of applicable statutory provisions and the adherence to good corporate practices by [Company Name].   1. The Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder;

Compliance note: Secretarial Audit under Section 204 is mandatory for every listed company and prescribed classes of public companies (paid-up capital of ₹50 crore or more, or turnover of ₹250 crore or more, or outstanding borrowings of ₹100 crore or more). The report in Form MR-3 must be annexed to the Board’s Report.
