Will & Last Testament

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

This is the Last Will and Testament of [Testator Name], made at [Place] on this [Day] day of [Month], [Year].

I, [Testator Name], son/daughter/wife of [Father's/Husband's Name], aged [Age] years, residing at [Address], holding [PAN/Aadhaar Number], being of sound mind and disposing memory, and not acting under any coercion, undue influence or fraud, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in the manner following:

1. Revocation. I hereby revoke, cancel and annul all Wills, codicils and testamentary dispositions made by me at any time heretofore, and declare this to be my last and only Will.
2. Declaration. I declare that I am executing this Will out of my own free will and volition, and that the properties disposed of hereunder are my self-acquired and absolute properties over which I have full right and authority to dispose.
3. Appointment of Executor. I appoint [Executor Name], son/daughter of [Father's Name], residing at [Address], as the sole Executor of this Will to carry out its provisions. Should the said Executor be unable or unwilling to act, I appoint [Alternate Executor Name] as the alternate Executor.
4. Payment of Debts. I direct my Executor to first pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses out of my estate before distribution of the bequests herein.
5. Bequest of Immovable Property. I bequeath my immovable property situated at [Property Address / Description] to [Beneficiary 1 Name], to be held and enjoyed by [him/her] absolutely and forever.
