Freelancer Services Agreement

FREELANCER SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on [Date] between [Client Name], having its address at [Address] ("Client"), and [Freelancer Name], residing at [Address] ("Freelancer").

1. Engagement & Term. The Client engages the Freelancer to perform the Project described below, commencing [Effective Date] and continuing until completion or termination.
2. Scope of Work. The Freelancer shall deliver [Description of Deliverables] as per the mutually agreed brief and timelines.
3. Milestones & Payment. The total fee shall be Rs. [Amount], payable in milestones: [Milestone Schedule]. Payments are subject to TDS and GST as applicable.
4. Revisions. The fee includes [Number] rounds of revision; additional revisions shall be billed separately.
5. Independent Status. The Freelancer is an independent contractor and not an employee, and shall bear its own taxes and expenses.
6. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all rights in the deliverables shall transfer to the Client; the Freelancer retains no residual rights.
