Parking Space Rent Agreement

A rent agreement by which an owner rents out a dedicated parking slot to a user on agreed monthly terms.

PARKING SPACE RENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on [Date] between [Lessor] and [Lessee]

  1. Parties. This Agreement is between [Owner Name], R/o [Address] (the "Lessor") and [User Name], R/o [Address] (the "Lessee").
  2. Property Description. The Lessor rents out parking slot No. [No.] in the [basement/stilt/open area] of [Building/Society, City], suitable for one [car/two-wheeler].
  3. Term / Duration. The rental is for [11 months] from [Start Date] to [End Date], renewable by mutual consent.
  4. Rent & Escalation. The Lessee shall pay monthly rent of Rs. [Amount] by the [5th]; rent shall escalate [10]% on renewal.
  5. Security Deposit. A refundable deposit of Rs. [Amount] is paid, refundable on vacation after adjusting dues.
  6. Use. The slot shall be used only to park the vehicle bearing Reg. No. [Vehicle No.] and shall not be sub-let or used for storage.
  7. Maintenance. The Lessor shall keep the parking area accessible; the Lessee shall keep the slot clean and free of oil leakage.
  8. Utilities / Access. Any access-card or gate-pass charges and EV-charging power (if used) shall be borne by the Lessee.
  9. Lock-in. A lock-in of [3 months] applies to both parties.
  10. Notice. After lock-in, either party may terminate by [15 days'] written notice.
  11. Termination. The Lessor may terminate for non-payment or misuse; the Lessee shall then vacate the slot.
  12. Stamp Duty. Stamp duty, if applicable, shall be borne by the [Lessee].
  13. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by Indian law, subject to courts at [City].
