General Power of Attorney

GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

1. Appointment. The Principal hereby nominates, constitutes and appoints the Attorney to act as the Principal's true and lawful attorney with effect from the Effective Date.

7. Ratification. The Principal agrees to ratify and confirm all lawful acts done by the Attorney within the scope of this authority.
8. Revocation. This power shall remain valid until revoked in writing by the Principal or upon the death of the Principal.
9. Stamp & Registration. This deed is executed on the requisite stamp paper and shall be registered/notarised as required under the applicable law of [State].
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This deed shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City].
