Consent Agreement

A consent agreement that records one party's free and informed consent to a specified act, use or arrangement proposed by the other party.

CONSENT AGREEMENT

This Consent Agreement is made on [Date] between [Party A Name], residing/having office at [Address] ("Consenting Party"), and [Party B Name], residing/having office at [Address] ("Requesting Party").

  1. Purpose. The Requesting Party seeks the consent of the Consenting Party for [Specific Act / Use / Arrangement] ("Purpose").
  2. Grant of Consent. The Consenting Party, of its own free will and without any coercion, grants consent to the Requesting Party for the Purpose with effect from the Effective Date.
  3. Conditions. The consent is granted subject to the conditions that [Conditions / Limitations, e.g. use only for the stated purpose, no sub-licensing].
  4. Consideration. The consent is granted [free of cost / in consideration of Rs. [Amount]] payable by the Requesting Party.
