Haryana RERA Fees: Project Registration, Extension and Agent Registration

A promoter in Haryana pays a project registration fee of ₹10 or ₹5 per square metre for residential or industrial use and ₹20 or ₹10 per square metre for commercial or cyber park use, depending on the potential zone. Extension costs half the registration fee. A real estate agent pays ₹25,000 if an individual and ₹2,50,000 otherwise, with renewal at ₹5,000 and ₹50,000.

Project Registration Fee

The promoter pays the fee at the time of application for registration, at the rate in Schedule I, in rupees per square metre.

Notes to Schedule I: the zones are those in the schedule of licence fee rates under the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas law; for a residential or industrial plotted colony the rate applies to the gross area of the colony; for group housing, commercial and cyber park the rates are up to 100 FAR and are proportionately higher for higher FAR.

Gurugram District: Standard Fees of the Authority

These fees are fixed by the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram under section 34(e) of the Act and apply to projects in Gurugram district. They are standard fees of the Authority, separate from the registration fee under the Rules.

The regulations reproduce Schedule I of the Rules with a third row, Plotted Colony at ₹10 per sq m in both groups of zones. That row is not in the saved copy of the 2017 Rules.
