Registration, Changes and Re-validation
The Guidelines came into force on 24.08.2023 and lay down the procedure and fee for registration of a real estate agent, changes after the registration certificate is issued and re-validation of the period of registration.

The re-validation application is made one month before the validity of the registration certificate expires (clause 8(1)).
Late Fee on Renewal Beyond Five Years
For renewal beyond five years the application is made as per the Act and the Rules. The Authority may consider a late application made before the registration expires on payment of the late fee below.

An agent who fails to apply 15 days before the last date of validity of registration or re-validation has to make a fresh application in Form G with the requisite fee (clause 8(4)).
How to Use This Chart
- Submit the application online and then file three sets in hard copy with the fee within three days of uploading (clause 4).
- Diarise the renewal well ahead: the late fee rises as the expiry date comes closer, and within the last 15 days a fresh registration is needed.
- The project registration fee and the extension fee for promoters are not shown. They are in the National Capital Territory of Delhi Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2016, which are not among the saved texts.
- The renewal fee for an agent after five years is as per the Act and the Rules and is not stated in the Guidelines, so it is not shown.
- The text read is the Guidelines dated 24/08/2023 (RERA/DELHI/Guidelines-3/Revised-1/2023). Later revisions are not included.
