Individual
- Aadhaar / PAN Card
- Date of first use in commerce (if claiming prior use)
Company/LLP
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Board resolution authorizing TM application
- PAN Card of company
Proprietorship
- Trade license or GST registration
Well-known TM
- Evidence of use (advertisements, invoices, sales figures)
Priority Claim
- Priority certificate from foreign trademark office
If using agent
- Power of Attorney (Form TM-48)
Post filing
- Track application status on IP India portal
- Reply to examination report within 30 days
