- ✅ Date of first use in commerce (if claiming prior use)
Company/LLP

- ✅ Board resolution authorizing TM application
- ✅ PAN Card of company
Proprietorship
- ✅ Trade license or GST registration
Well-known TM
- ✅ Evidence of use (advertisements, invoices, sales figures)
Priority Claim
