MCA V3 Portal Update
Effective 14th July 2025, all company e-forms including Form SPICe+ (INC-32) must be filed exclusively on the MCA V3 Portal. The V2 portal has been permanently discontinued. Ensure your Business User account is active, DSC is associated, and DIR-3 KYC is up to date before attempting to file.
When Is Form SPICe+ (INC-32) Required?

Login to MCA V3 Portal
Go to mca.gov.in and login using your Business User credentials. Ensure your DSC is registered and DIR-3 KYC is updated.
