At Haridwar, a Deputy Secretary of the Ministry gave an overview of the four Labour Codes and the basic employer compliance chain — establishment and workforce parameters, applicability thresholds and the principal compliance areas. At Naraina, the Director General of ESIC gave the keynote address. At Sonipat, an Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner of EPFO gave the inaugural address.

  • The Code on Wages, 2019; the Industrial Relations Code, 2020; the Code on Social Security, 2020; and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020.
